Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking an experienced facilities/maintenance professional to maintain club operations and deliver exceptional hospitality to members and guests. You will perform preventive maintenance, stock inventory, and ensure a clean, safe environment while representing the club with professionalism.

Role requires strong communication, a customer‑minded attitude, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Three years of building operations experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented team player.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the club's standard operating procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance for the building (pool, plumbing, electrical, painting).
• Restock supplies and manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Greet members and guests across the property.
• Understand and anticipate the property’s needs.
• Listen carefully to members and follow through.
• Follow up and communicate in a timely manner.
• Participate in events, programs, meetings and training.
• Represent the club professionally in image and conduct.
• Schedule may include weekends and holidays.
