The Bay Club Company in Walnut Creek is seeking a Building Operations Associate to maintain club facilities and deliver exceptional member service. You will support preventive maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality across the property, greeting guests and assisting with events.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in building operations, a professional demeanor, strong communication, and a proactive, reliable work ethic with weekend/holiday availability.
This position is responsible for maintaining Club building operations as directed and to provide the highest level of service to the members. All associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests and consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to read/understand, analyze, and interpret general training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from children, managers, Associates, members, and the general public.
Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
