Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking a skilled Building Operations Associate to maintain club facilities and deliver exceptional member service. You will perform preventive maintenance, supervise cleanliness, stock supplies, and assist with events while upholding our Code of Culture.

Requirements include a minimum of three years in building operations, strong customer service, and solid communication skills. Weekend/holiday hours may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of building operations experience.
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the company's standard operating procedures.
• Preventive maintenance of the building including pool maintenance, plumbing, lighting and painting.
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Greet members and guests professionally across the property.
• Represent the club in a professional manner through image and communication.
