Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to lead the Operations department of the Life Time club. You will train the Ops team, schedule work, and manage the department's budget and projects.

You will recruit for the Ops team, monitor payroll and labor costs, and coordinate maintenance across the club. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on operations experience in a fitness or hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience required.
• Building operations experience required.
• CPR/AED certification due within 30 days of hire.
• CPO license required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Recruits for the Ops department and advises GM on hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Maintains monthly, quarterly and annual department budget and submits monthly financial reports.
• Ensures locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas are clean and welcoming.
• Completes ops payroll and monitors labor costs within budget.
• Coaches, manages and schedules up to 40 team members.
• Trains staff through orientation, direction and feedback.
• Oversees maintenance and repair projects and coordinates with all departments.
