Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to lead the Operations department at our Tempe club.

The role includes supervising a team, coordinating scheduling, managing the department budget, and driving continuous service improvements across locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas. You will recruit, train and coach up to 40 staff, assess performance, and oversee maintenance projects with cross-department communication to ensure a welcoming, clean and efficient club environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of management experience required.
• Building operations experience required.
• CPR/AED certification due within 30 days of hire.
• CPO license due within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and move around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Recruits for the Ops department and provides input to the General Manager on hiring and promotions.
• Maintains department budget records and submits monthly reports.
• Ensures locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas are clean and welcoming.
• Completes ops payroll and monitors labor costs against budget.
• Coaches, manages and schedules up to 40 team members.
• Trains staff through orientation, direction, and feedback.
• Oversees maintenance and repair projects and coordinates with other departments.
