This role requires 2 years of management experience, CPR/AED within 30 days, CPO within 6 months, and the ability to lift 20 lbs. A college degree is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 2 years of management experience.
• Building operations experience.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• CPO license within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand and move around the club for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas are clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Coaches, manages and schedules up to 30 team members.
• Responsible for training staff through orientation, direction, and feedback.
• Recruits for the Operations department and advises on hiring and promotions.
• Maintain department budget and submit monthly financial reports.
• Completes operations payroll and ensures labor costs stay within budget.
