Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead Facility Operations professional to oversee the club's Operations department and uphold Life Time’s cleanliness standards.

The role includes training and scheduling Fac Ops Team Members, managing payroll budgets, and driving staffing decisions across the unit. The candidate will coordinate with the General Manager on hiring, promotions, and performance feedback, while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of management experience required.
• Building operations experience required.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas are clean, tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Coach, manage and schedule up to 30 team members.
• Train staff through orientation, direction and feedback.
• Recruit for the Operations department and advise on hiring, promotions and discipline.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly and annual department budgets and submit financial reports.
