Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Manager in Minnesota to lead the Operations department, provide ongoing training for the Ops team, and manage scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Building operations experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Recruits for the Ops department and advises the GM on hiring, promotions, and discipline.
• Maintains department budgets and submits monthly financial reports to the GM.
• Ensures facilities are clean and welcoming in all areas.
• Manages payroll and keeps labor costs within budget.
• Coaches and schedules up to 40 team members.
• Trains staff through orientation, direction, and feedback.
• Oversees club maintenance and repair projects and coordinates with other departments.
