Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Phoenix is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to lead the Ops department of the Life Time club. You will train staff, schedule work, and manage the department's budget and projects.

Responsibilities include recruiting for the Ops team, monitoring payroll, and maintaining clean facilities, fitness floors and common areas, while coordinating with other departments to oversee maintenance and improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Building operations experience.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• CPO license within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Recruits for the Ops department and provides input on hiring decisions.
• Maintains the department budget and submits financial reports.
• Ensures upkeep of locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas.
• Completes Ops payroll and tracks labor costs within budget.
• Coaches and schedules up to 40 team members.
• Trains staff through orientation, direction, and feedback.
• Oversees maintenance and repair projects and communicates with all departments.
