Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Janitor/Maintenance Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff. The role works closely with Club Leadership to ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation, contributing to an exceptional member experience.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to operational excellence, with responsibilities covering interior and exterior upkeep and coordination with management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, maintenance, or facility operations experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and organization of all interior areas including fitness spaces, locker rooms, restrooms, studios, and common areas.
• Ensure exterior of facility remains clean, safe, and presentable.
• Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks per daily/weekly/monthly schedules.
• Follow cleaning protocols and sanitation standards to promote a healthy environment.
• Assist members and guests politely and escalate concerns when needed.
• Monitor for safety hazards and maintenance issues and report to leadership.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and storage areas in a safe, organized manner.
• Support club operations and special projects as assigned.
