Job summary

The Club at Castlewood in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B operations and supervise staff. You will ensure guest satisfaction, efficient service, and adherence to quality standards at a fast-paced hospitality property within Troon.

Candidates with supervisory experience in food service and strong inventory skills are preferred. Your role includes coordinating with the Executive Chef, managing vendors, and optimizing menu pricing and inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hospitality management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food & beverage operations and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and ordering to maintain par levels.
• Coordinate menu planning with Executive Chef and culinary team.
• Ensure sanitation standards and safety compliance.
• Develop and manage vendor relations and procurement.
• Prepare reports and analyse production and cost data.
