Job summary

The Club at Cordillera Mountain in Edwards, CO is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily dining operations and guest service in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. You will supervise staff, manage inventories, assist with menu design, pricing, and coordination with the Executive Chef, while upholding sanitation standards and Troon brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related experience and training.
• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage management preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required for operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist management of daily F&B functions and guest service.
• Supervise staff and conduct on-floor presence during service.
• Oversee inventories, par levels, and purchasing processes.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef on menu design and pricing.
• Ensure sanitation standards and safety compliance are met.
• Support training, interviewing, and development of associates.
