Job summary

The Club at Cordillera Mountain, part of Troon, in Edwards, CO, seeks an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B operations, drive member and guest satisfaction, and supervise service staff. You will partner with the Executive Chef on menu planning, pricing, and inventory control, while upholding sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Hospitality or food & beverage supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of daily F&B functions including member/guest satisfaction.
• Supervise inventories and par levels; coordinate with vendors.
• Assist in menu design, pricing, ordering, and inventory control procedures.
• Ensure sanitation standards are consistently met.
