Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably within a private club or upscale hospitality environment.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and financial performance in an F&B setting.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations applicable to food and beverage operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the club, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding customer service aligned with the club’s standards.
• Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the culinary team, focusing on quality, variety, and member preferences.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and members.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute special events and member functions.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best quality products at competitive prices.
• Analyze member feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
