Job summary

The Club Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay leads all operations at the designated Club, supervising staff, delivering programs, and managing the budget to support youth development.

You will strengthen partnerships with families and community organizations, ensure accurate data practices, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years at similar clubs with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Services, Education, Recreation or Social Work.
• Minimum of three years' work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.
• Must clear level II background screening and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Leadership and supervisory experience; budget management ability.
• Ability to assess program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse community groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead all club operations at the designated location.
• Supervise 3–15 employees and oversee performance evaluations.
• Manage program delivery and budget while ensuring compliance.
• Develop partnerships with families and community organizations.
• Maintain accurate data, grant reporting, and records.
