Responsibilities

• Provide food, beverages or banquets to Club members and guests.
• Take orders and suggest menu items; coordinate with bartender/kitchen.
• Ensure accurate checks; verify prices and taxes.
• Present desserts, coffee and after-dinner drinks as needed.
• Maintain clean dining room and service areas; assist with banquets when required.
• Attend pre-meal meetings and follow all Club policies related to service of alcohol.
