The Amelia Island Club is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Assistant Manager to supervise dining room service at the Ocean Clubhouse. You will lead evenings' dining operations, ensure premier hospitality, and drive service excellence for members and guests.

Responsibilities include training and supervising dining room staff, coordinating with club leadership on strategic initiatives, managing reservations, and producing daily revenue reports from POS systems to optimize performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience supervising and training staff.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
