Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Northstar experience preferred.
• Safe Staff certification required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates food service and maintains a neat workstation.
• Takes accurate orders and uses Northstar to input them.
• Serves water, coffee and maintains table settings.
• Clears and resets tables, replenishes linens and silverware.
• Maintains professional appearance and uses guest names.
• Assists in event turnovers and setups for private functions.
• Communicates with team to ensure high level of service.
• Keeps confidential information secure and supports the JIC team.
