Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room for patrons by setting tables and stocking supplies prior to service.
• Prepare food orders and ensure accuracy and deliver to tables.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items and specials.
• Clear tables of dishware and debris after meals.
• Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping or picking up debris.
• Maintain appropriate levels of glassware, silverware and dishware in the server stations.
• Collect trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period.
• Wipe chairs before and after meals.
• Stock server stations with supplies.
• Assist in moving dining room furniture as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain club commitment to member satisfaction in all duties.
• Exhibit professional and courteous behavior with internal and external customers.
• Comply with Employee Handbook and club policies.
• Adhere to the Club’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• Must be cognizant of facility rules for safety and welfare of staff and members.
• Attend pre-meal meetings as requested by dining room supervisor.
