Job summary

C3 Golf in Okatie, SC seeks an experienced Food Server to deliver prompt, friendly service to club members and guests. You will assist with food and beverage service, answer questions about menus and wine, and work under the Dining Room Manager.

This role requires a High School diploma, at least one year of wait service experience, and Food Safety and alcohol certifications. You will be part of a team that upholds the club’s service standards and ensures a comfortable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service and customer interaction.
• Knowledge of wine and beverage service is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up side station and perform prep work.
• Provide prompt, polite service to members and guests.
• Answer questions about menus and wine lists.
• Place orders with kitchen and relay special instructions.
• Serve meals and beverages by course and clear tables after each course.
• Check bills for accuracy and handle payments per SOP.
• Maintain clean dining areas and attend pre-meal meetings.
