Responsibilities

• Prepares work area for daily operations by stocking and sanitizing designated stations.
• Maintains high standards of quality, production, cooperation, and service.
• Operates and cleans beverage dispensers and other equipment.
• Counts and reconciles cash transactions and processes payments.
• Interacts with guests to provide menu knowledge and substitutions.
• Greets guests, answers questions, and escalates issues when needed.
• Works with cooks, bartenders and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
