Job summary

Invited Clubs in California seeks a Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team, helping with food and beverage service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for members and guests at our private clubs. Requirements include a high school diploma, prior F&B experience, and state-required Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, plus Invited’s

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in Food and Beverage service.
Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages to members/guests promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area; set up tables and restock supplies.
Learn the menu and daily specials to assist with service.
Greet members/guests and provide welcoming service.
Collaborate with team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Handle Member/Guest requests and escalate issues as needed.
Complete side work and uphold club cleanliness standards.
Follow safety guidelines and club policies.
Support special events and large parties.
