Job summary

The Ridge Club in Sandwich, MA is seeking a Director of Restaurants to oversee daily F&B operations across 1–4 outlets, ensuring exceptional member experiences and strong financial performance. You will collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef to uphold standards, safety, and culinary excellence while stepping in during busy periods.

Required: at least 5 years in club management or related F&B leadership, solid staff development and budgeting skills, and a Bachelor’s

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in club management or related F&B role.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Experience in member services and events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations for multiple outlets.
• Collaborate with Director of F&B and Executive Chef to maintain service standards and safety.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to meet budgeted targets.
• Monitor finances, inventory, and payroll metrics.
• Lead staff meetings and training sessions weekly.
