Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a Full Time Club Concierge Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the Resort's Club Lounge and ensure exceptional guest service. You will manage staff, coordinate food and beverage service, and support guests with information, tickets, and reservations across Ko Olina.

The role requires 1–3 years in luxury hotel settings, a Concierge/Front Desk background, and a strong hospitality mindset. Competitive benefits and staff perks are included.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Luxury Hotel Experience preferred.
• Prior knowledge of the Concierge/Front Desk, Resort, and Food & Beverage Operations is preferred.
• Customer service excellence and hospitality mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Club Lounge Concierge team in delivering exceptional service to club guests by training, mentoring and developing team members in high service standards.
• Handle all guest interactions with highest level of hospitality and professionalism while accommodating special requests, resolves complaints, and assists in all guests inquiries of the hotel.
• Ensure that all collateral for restaurants, museums, and attractions is up to date and current.
• Know what activities are available on property, in Ko Olina, and around island - creating close relationships with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
• Handle Club Floor guest check ins/check outs and verify Club access while adhering to hotel credit/cash handling policies in an efficient & friendly manner.
• Set-up & breakdown food buffets, mix alcoholic beverages, serve and buss during all food services.
