Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On Call Server Assistant with a passion for excellence and aloha spirit. The role supports the Food Server and helps fulfill guest requests to ensure exceptional service.

Requirements include fluent English (written and spoken) and at least 1 year of prior luxury hospitality experience, plus strong communication and computer skills. Benefits include health-conscious perks and staff accommodations as applicable.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for both verbal and written communication.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Experience with communication and computer skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service; greet guests and provide water and bread according to Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently to requests.
• Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items; assist in preparation of small items like toast, soup or beverages.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up buffets and food stations.
