Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On Call Server Assistant with a passion for luxury guest service. You will support the Food Server, greeting guests, preparing tables, and handling guest requests with aloha.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, have at least 1 year in a luxury environment, and possess strong communication and computer skills. Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Candidates should have at least 1-year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
• Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service; greet guests and provide water and bread according to Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up buffets and food stations.
