Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a Full Time Club Concierge Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club Lounge and ensure exceptional guest service. You will coordinate food & beverage service and manage staff with a focus on aloha spirit.

The role requires 1–3 years of luxury hotel experience and knowledge of Concierge/Front Desk operations. Join a world-class team on Oahu’s Ko Olina coast with excellent training, benefits, and staff perks.

Competenze

• Education: High School or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of Luxury Hotel Experience preferred.
• Skills & Abilities: Prior knowledge of the Concierge/Front Desk, Resort, and Food & Beverage Operations is preferred.

• Guide the Club Lounge Concierge team in delivering exceptional service to club guests by training, mentoring and developing team members in high service standards.
• Handle all guest interactions with highest level of hospitality and professionalism while accommodating special requests, resolves complaints, and assists in all guests inquires of the hotel.
• Ensure that all collateral for restaurants, museums, and attractions is up to date and current.
• Know what activities are available on property, in Ko Olina, and around island - creating close relationships with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
• Handle Club Floor guest check ins/check outs and verify Club access while adhering to hotel credit/cash handling policies in an efficient & friendly manner.
• Set-up & breakdown food buffets, mix alcoholic beverages, serve and buss during all food services.

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Full Time Club Concierge Supervisor with a passion for excellence and spirit of aloha.

The Club Concierge Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Resort’s Club Lounge. Ensuring exceptional guest service and coordinating food & beverage service by managing staff.

What you will do:
