Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1–3 years of direct hands-on Retail/CPG experience in a large company.
• Omnichannel experience preferred.
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving instincts.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to produce clear reports.
• Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort collaborating across teams and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Interest in growing toward category management.

Responsibilities

• Turn Club Channel data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Build the base for line reviews, joint business planning, and forecasting.
• Measure lift and ROI of promotions and new-item launches; translate results into next steps.
• Own and automate recurring reporting and sales scorecards in Excel, BI, and AI tools.
• Partner with Sales, Category Management, and Supply Chain to connect insights to execution.
• Track retail, category, and shopper trends and interpret for brands.
