Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Club and Catering Supervisor to join our 1970 Club team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. You will oversee all food service and hospitality operations to ensure an exemplary guest experience while managing costs and staff scheduling.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in hospitality and high-volume dining, with strong knowledge of food and wine, plus basic cost-control and P&L understanding.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality and high-volume dining experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine.
• Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inventory and estimate food and beverage costs.
• Schedule front-of-house premium team members for events.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of premium and catering team members.
• Review financial information and monitor budgets to ensure efficient operations.
• Inspect the 1970 Club, catering spaces, kitchen, and storage areas for health and safety compliance.
