Delaware North Sportservice at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, NY is seeking part-time Servers to join the 1970 Club team. You will provide high-quality service in a premium, high-volume setting and help guests navigate inclusive food and beverage packages.

This tipped role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accurate orders, and responsible alcohol service, with weekly pay and opportunities for professional development in a fast-paced arena environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
• At least 1 year as a server in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with a point-of-sale system in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet club visitors warmly, explain all-inclusive food and beverage packages, and answer venue questions.
• Accurately take guest orders, relay to bar/kitchen, and navigate busy rooms with heavy trays.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, following all policies and procedures.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments, closing tableside transactions.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Keep tables clean, clear glassware, restock stations, and perform opening/closing duties.
