Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort in Utah is seeking a friendly Club Attendant to greet guests, assist owners, and maintain Club Solitude areas. You will monitor cleanliness, follow safety rules, and provide exceptional customer service in a seasonal, part-time setting.

The role requires strong verbal communication, reliability, and the ability to multi-task, with duties including pool/hot tub chemical checks, key encoding, and guest support.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist owners in Club Solitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of Club Solitude areas.
• Monitor pool and hot tub chemical levels and report maintenance needs.
• Assist maintenance with chemical handling when needed.
• Encode and manage owner/employee keys per policy.
• Issue temporary real estate key cards following procedures.
• Ensure SVMA rules and safety policies are followed.

JOB TITLE: Club Attendant

DIVISION: Club Solitude

REPORTS TO: Club Solitude Manager

LOCATION: Club Solitude/Eagle Springs East

CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time/ Seasonal/ Hourly

Position: Solitude is looking for someone who is friendly and presents exceptional customer service for our guests to join our team. The club attendant greets and assists all lodging guests and owners while monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining the different club areas. This position maintains a professional attitude and appearance providing the best customer service possible. • Ability to use a variety of computer applications

Job Duties And Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist, and respond to the requests of all guests and owners
• Maintain control and safety of Club Solitude by following all SVMA rules, policies, and procedures
• Monitor cleanliness and safety at all times
• Test the chemical levels in the swimming pool and hot tub using a color chart
• Work with maintenance department to fill chemicals in swimming pool or hot tub if needed
• Replace and encode owner and employee Ving keys as needed
• Issue temporary key cards for real estate following SVMA Ving key policy and Procedure
