Job summary

Managed.com is a remote-first, AI-focused company powering CloudBlue for global service providers. We seek a Commerce Platform Support Specialist to operate and configure the CloudBlue Commerce platform, collaborating with Delivery, Product, Support, QA, and Engineering teams.

You’ll onboard partners, manage catalogs, work on migrations, and automate repetitive tasks using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and related tools.

Qualifications

Experience in technical support, SaaS operations, or related environments.
Experience with SaaS commerce, marketplace, billing, provisioning, or subscription management.
Hands-on scripting/automation with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
Experience working with APIs, system integrations, testing, and data validation.

Responsibilities

Configure and support the commerce platform services, offers, product catalogs, pricing, subscriptions, and partner environments.
Support partner onboarding, migrations, catalog updates, integrations, and lifecycle activities.
Handle operational requests via tickets, email, and project coordination.
Troubleshoot platform, integration, data, and operational issues with cross-functional teams.
Maintain accurate information across commerce, billing, provisioning, CRM, and identity systems.
