Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks an Analyst, Cloud Ops to design, implement, and manage Windows-based infrastructure including servers, AD, IIS, and SQL Server.

You will drive architecture initiatives, ensure security and reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives. The role requires 5+ years of Windows infrastructure experience, proficiency in PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, and familiarity with SCOM/SolarWinds for monitoring.

Qualifications

• Design and implement scalable Windows-based infrastructure aligned to IT strategy.
• Strong engineering and architectural expertise for Wintel environments.
• Experience with IaC and enterprise monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design Windows Server, Active Directory, and core services.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments and AD services.
• Implement IaC using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Monitor health, performance, and security using SCOM and SolarWinds.
• Develop DR/BC plans and ensure rapid recovery.
• Troubleshoot complex Wintel issues and document procedures.
• Collaborate across teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Stay current with technologies and promote automation.
