Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Analyst, Cloud Ops to design, implement, and manage Windows-based infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance Wintel solutions, including AD, IIS, and SQL Server components.

The role emphasizes architecture, automation, and continuous improvement within a large enterprise IT environment. A strong background in Windows Server and cloud platforms is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of Windows system administration, infrastructure engineering, and solution architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2012 and later), Active Directory, and core Microsoft services.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Windows-based infrastructure.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments and AD services.
• Implement IaC using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning for Wintel environments.
• Monitor performance and optimize infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
