Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for CommandCentral software in the public safety sector. You will tailor training for end users and system administrators, in-person or remote, using demo environments and comprehensive course materials.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of technical training experience, a FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification, and the ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and occasional international).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred.
• Experience with Motorola CommandCentral software preferred.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Teach and instruct agency customers and staff on the use of CommandCentral software.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and third party integrations.
• Present training via Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Coordinate training schedules and communicate with stakeholders.
• Compile comprehensive training materials and measure knowledge transfer.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and occasionally internationally.
