Job summary

United Launch Alliance, LLC. is seeking a Technical Product Owner 3 (Cloud) to translate program features into actionable stories for the Software Engineering team.

You will ensure delivery excellence, align with stakeholders, and manage the product backlog with a focus on cloud initiatives. The role requires collaboration with Tech Leads, Solution Architects, and Product Managers, plus a strong emphasis on SAFe/ Scrum practices and metrics-driven delivery within a mission-critical environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM from accredited university.
• Strong backlog management and story-writing discipline.
• Technical fluency to discuss feasibility with Tech Leads and Solution Architects.
• Experience in Scrum/SAFe team-level Product Owner role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the team-level backlog, aligning with program priorities.
• Write epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Represent the voice of the customer in daily decisions and ceremonies.
• Lead sprint planning, delivery, and roadmap execution.
• Accept work against criteria and manage priority conflicts.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive delivery improvements.
• Facilitate onboarding and upskilling for team members.
• Coordinate cross-team migration, modernization, and cloud initiatives.
