Job summary

United Launch Alliance, LLC. seeks a Technical Product & Delivery Lead 3 (CI/CD Infrastructure) to translate program features into actionable stories for the Software Engineering team.

You will own the team backlog, write clear epics, and align delivery with business priorities in a SAFe environment. You will lead sprint planning, coordinate cross-team work, and drive measurable outcomes across the delivery scope, with a focus on cloud and CI/CD modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
• Strong backlog management and story-writing discipline; execution-level detail.
• Technical fluency to discuss feasibility with Tech Leads and Architects.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Experience in a Scrum/SAFe team-level Product Owner capacity.
• Proven ability to lead delivery, coordinate dependencies, and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the team backlog aligned with program priorities.
• Write epics and user stories with acceptance criteria and DoD.
• Represent customer and business needs in Agile ceremonies.
• Lead sprint planning, delivery, and roadmap execution.
• Accept work against criteria and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate onboarding and upskilling of new team members.
• Coordinate migration, modernization, and operational support initiatives.
