Job summary

United Launch Alliance (ULA) Denver seeks a Technical Product & Delivery Lead 3 (Ground Software - Software Configuration Management) to translate program features into actionable stories for engineering. You will own backlogs, drive sprint planning, and ensure delivery excellence across stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Tech Leads, Architects, and Product Managers, guiding teams through roadmaps, metrics, and continuous improvement while supporting migration and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited college or university.
• Strong backlog management and story-writing discipline; comfortable operating at execution-level detail.
• Technical fluency to engage with Tech Leads and Solution Architects about feasibility and tradeoffs.
• Clear communicator, able to translate between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Experience in a Scrum/SAFe team-level Product Owner capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead team delivery, coordinate dependencies, and manage priorities.
• Consistent, high-quality work; dependable and proactive.
• Strong ability to leverage metrics to improve predictability and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the team-level backlog, aligned with program priorities.
• Write and refine epics and user stories with acceptance criteria and DoD.
• Represent customer and business needs in day-to-day decisions and Agile ceremonies.
• Lead sprint planning, delivery, and roadmap execution with dependency management.
• Accept completed work against criteria and report on progress.
• Develop and maintain RAID logs and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate onboarding and upskilling for new team members and roles.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts for migration, modernization, and operations readiness.
