United Launch Alliance seeks a Technical Product & Delivery Lead 3 (Ground Software - Software Configuration Management) to translate program features into actionable stories for the software team. You will ensure delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction while collaborating with Tech Leads, Solution Architects, and Product Managers.

You will own the backlog, write acceptance criteria, guide sprint planning, and drive continuous improvement across SCM and cloud readiness initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited college or university.
• Strong backlog management and story-writing discipline; comfortable operating at execution-level detail.
• Technical fluency to engage with Tech Leads and Solution Architects about feasibility and tradeoffs.
• Clear communicator, able to translate between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Experience in a Scrum/SAFe team-level Product Owner capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead delivery, coordinate dependencies and manage priorities.
• Proven track record using metrics to improve predictability and delivery quality.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the team-level backlog aligned with program priorities.
• Write and refine epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Represent customer and business needs in day-to-day decisions and ceremonies.
• Lead sprint planning, delivery, and roadmap execution; manage dependencies.
• Accept completed work against criteria and report progress.
• Develop and maintain RAID logs and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate onboarding, enablement, and upskilling for new team members.
• Coordinate cross-team migration, modernization, and operational support initiatives.
