UNITED LAUNCH ALLIANCE, LLC in Denver seeks a Technical Product & Delivery Lead 3 (CI/CD Pipeline) to translate program priorities into actionable stories for the software engineering team. You will own the backlog, write epics with clear criteria, and guide delivery with tech leads and product managers.

Required: B.S. in a STEM field and 4+ years of related experience, plus strong Scrum/SAFe PO background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field from an accredited college or university.
• Strong backlog management and story-writing discipline; able to operate at execution-level detail.
• Technical fluency to engage with Tech Leads and Solution Architects on feasibility and tradeoffs.
• Clear written and oral communication bridging business and delivery teams.
• Experience in Scrum/SAFe team-level Product Owner capacity.
• Proven ability to lead delivery, coordinate dependencies and manage priorities.
• Consistent, high-quality work; proactive and reliable.
• Ability to use metrics to improve predictability and delivery quality.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the team backlog and align with program priorities.
• Write and refine epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Represent customer and business needs in Agile ceremonies.
• Lead sprint planning, delivery, and roadmap execution.
• Accept work against criteria; flag scope and priority conflicts.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive continuous improvement across delivery.
• Facilitate onboarding and skill development for new team members.
• Coordinate cross-team migration, modernization, and support initiatives.
