• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support new customer implementations and maintain existing customer solutions.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to system availability, latency, or performance.
• Ensure system capacity is monitored and factored into planning.
• Identify and address system security concerns.
• Manage incidents within SLAs.
• Define, refine, and track Service Level Objectives.
• Set up and maintain system monitoring; document alarms in up-to-date Knowledge Base Articles.
• Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation.
