Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) required.
• 10+ years of programming experience on large-scale transaction processing systems.
• Procedural development in C on Linux with low-level debugging.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and architecture.
• Experience with shared memory and memory mapping.
• Proficient in shell scripting (bash) and basic Unix tools.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Multithreaded development.

Responsibilities

• Design, code and debug source code and scripts.
• Document requirements, propose solutions and design approaches.
• Participate in requirements gathering for development projects.
• Conduct code reviews as needed.
• Occasionally support production lottery systems as engineering expert.
