Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft or other relevant IT certifications are preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Experience administering public cloud environments, Azure preferred.
• Experience with PowerShell and other programming/scripting languages.
• Experience with Enterprise level Identity Management using Azure.
• General LAN/WAN networking knowledge to support servers and AD.
• Experience with enterprise backups and disaster recovery strategies.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure with strong ownership.
• Provide advanced technical support and manage ServiceNow incidents.
• Monitor system performance and address issues proactively.
• Perform root cause analysis on failed components and implement fixes.
• Design and implement system improvements across IT infrastructure.
• Lead major IT projects from planning through rollout.
• Create clear technical documentation and knowledge materials.
• Maintain relationships with staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Support disaster recovery exercises and business continuity efforts.
