Quanex in Cambridge, OH (and other listed locations) seeks a Cloud Systems Engineer to support the deployment and ongoing management of our IT infrastructure, both cloud and on-premises. The role offers hands-on ownership, collaboration with internal teams and partners, and meaningful opportunities to influence major infrastructure projects.

You will design, maintain, monitor, and improve cloud environments, perform root-cause analyses, document solutions, and participate in disaster recovery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience in IT.
• 5-7 years of Windows Server and Active Directory administration experience.
• Experience administering public cloud environments, Azure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engineered, maintained, planned, and supported cloud environments.
• Provide advanced technical support and manage ServiceNow incidents.
• Monitor system performance and address issues proactively.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective measures.
• Design and implement system improvements and disaster recovery exercises.
