Quanex is seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer to support and optimize our cloud and on-premises IT infrastructure across multiple locations, including Wisconsin. You will own deployments, perform incident response, and drive improvements using PowerShell and Azure, with a focus on security and DR readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; years of experience may substitute.
• 5-7 years of Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Experience with public cloud environments, Azure preferred; PowerShell proficiency required.
• Identity management with Azure and enterprise backup/DR strategies are expected.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure with strong ownership.
• Provide advanced technical support and manage ServiceNow incidents.
• Monitor performance, perform root-cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Lead major IT infrastructure projects and document technical materials.
