Job summary

The Jupiter Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled M365 System Administrator to oversee Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure within our IT environment. You will support tenants, implement security policies, and ensure smooth operation of collaboration tools.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of IT experience with hands-on admin work in Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune enrollment, Exchange Online, and PowerShell automation. MSP experience is a plus, and excellent documentation is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years IT support with focus on Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on Entra ID/Azure AD tenant admin experience.
• Proficient in Intune device management and Exchange Online.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• MSP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services across tenants.
• Configure Exchange Online mail flow, policies and security.
• Manage Entra ID, MFA, and SSO configurations.
• Oversee Intune device enrollment and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with MSP teams for multi-tenant environments.
