Job summary

Nerdio, Inc. is seeking a client-facing Support Engineer to help IT professionals maximize the Nerdio platform across Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.

You will provide hands-on deployment support, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, and work with enterprise customers and MSP partners to ensure environments are configured for reliability and security. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical support, systems administration, or cloud infrastructure role.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop deployments or Azure environment management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Fundamental networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewall.
• Experience administering Windows Server; Linux familiarity is a plus.
• PowerShell for automation and scripting.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear technical documentation.
• Strong documentation discipline for recording cases and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and deploy Azure/AVD environments using Nerdio Manager.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers and MSP partners to validate requirements.
• Provide hands-on support across the Nerdio platform including Azure, Windows 365, and Intune.
• Respond to incidents promptly and diagnose root causes to deliver solutions.
• Escalate and reproduce advanced platform issues with internal teams.
• Maintain current knowledge of Nerdio and Microsoft cloud technologies to guide customers confidently.
• Build relationships with IT admins and stakeholders, delivering product guidance.
