Job summary

City of Phoenix is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer / Apple JAMF Administrator to deploy, configure, and manage enterprise Apple devices using JAMF Pro and cloud technologies.

You will handle enrollment, configuration, security, patch management, and device retirement, integrating ABM, Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. Strong scripting and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Apple device administration required.
• Hands-on JAMF Pro administration experience required.
• Experience with ABM and MDM required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Apple devices using JAMF Pro.
• Manage device lifecycle from enrollment to retirement including security and patching.
• Configure JAMF policies, profiles, apps, and automation scripts.

Position Overview

The role will manage the full lifecycle of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS devices, including enrollment, configuration, deployment, security, compliance, patch management, troubleshooting, and retirement.
