Job summary

City of Phoenix is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer / Apple JAMF Administrator to deploy, configure, manage and support enterprise Apple devices using JAMF Pro and related cloud technologies.

The role covers enrollment, configuration, security, patch management and retirement of macOS, iOS, iPadOS and tvOS devices, with integration to ABM, Intune, Entra ID and Microsoft 365, plus SSO and Conditional Access. Local candidates only; onsite interviews and start timeline subject to PO.

Qualifications

3+ years of Apple device administration experience.
Hands-on JAMF Pro administration experience.
Experience with ABM and MDM.
Enterprise experience supporting macOS and iOS environments.

Responsibilities

Administer and support enterprise Apple devices using JAMF Pro.
Manage the complete device lifecycle including enrollment, deployment, security, and retirement.
Configure JAMF policies, profiles, apps, and automation scripts.
Integrate JAMF with ABM, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID.
Support secure provisioning, identity management, SSO, and Conditional Access.
Manage macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS environments.
Troubleshoot device, MDM, connectivity, and endpoint issues.
