Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Solutions Engineer.
- Experience in pre-sales or post-sales solution engineering.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to facilitate client onboardings.
- Assist clients pre- and post-sale with onboarding and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to build a user-friendly platform.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap.
- Design and implement cloud-native infrastructure.
